A Full Time Hairdresser...

Hello friends! It's been a while (I know), but I've come back for good! I've been working so hard in the last 5 months that I've finally become a hairstylist within two AMAZING salons and have lots to share with you!

Below are a few pics of Salon Eleven's art. It's a very chic/city-living salon.  The ambiance is  great since we have some of the most amazing people in the industry working here.

For any services by yours truly (me), Salon Eleven is where you can find me. I work out of the Jared Jackson Dean Salon inside of the Ritz Carlton Spa as well but only by appointment.  Our guests there are mostly traveling clients not the "regulars" but I do get busy working both places back and forth. It's nice to have that balance with so many different personalities.

American Music Awards: Hair & Makeup by the Dream Team

Hey hey lovers!
I'm back in the blogging world and have very exciting experiences to share ;)

Last month I had the pleasure of working with the Dream Team (colleagues at the salon I work in) for the American Music Awards. It was such an amazing day of work and clients back to back. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures of any clients we worked on due to their privacy.

Below are a few iPhone shots of the Jared Jackson Dean Salon while preparing for a busy busy day.

Brows, Brows, Brows!

I LOVE eyebrows. They change a person's facial expression so much. And I also love very thick brows. I wish I had them myself, but when I come across them, I get my hands on them and shape away!

You know how to reach me if you need some eyebrow 101 ;)

Halloween Manicure

It's halloween next week and I can't believe how fast time flies. I'm not too crazy about gory, bloody, or scary halloween costumes/ideas, but I figured I should try to embrace it this year since it's so big.

Here's my interpretation of gory looking nails ;)

Yes, just one nail needs blood. Like I always say, less is more.
This picture below was my bloody inspiration. Found it on pinterest, of course.
And that's as halloween-ish as my nails will ever get.
Red blood was manually done with the tip of a bobby pin.

All these photos are via Pinterest, of course ;)

Here I am sporting this lovely little head chain. Of course, made by yours truly ;)

A Hairdresser's Room

Hello lovers! I know it's been a while, but I finally got a chance to blog today since I realized my sister forgot her MacBook and Canon Camera a few weeks ago in southern California. It's amazing! I don't know why it didn't occur to me before.
Anyway, now that I'm back from Europe, many people ask me where I have stored all my hair and beauty tools. I have spent thousands of dollars on them and they are all put away in my lovely room at my parents' house. Below are a few pics of how I have organized a lot of these things this past month.

Closet full of aprons and capes.

Clear vases of all types of combs.

Lovely storage boxes for color, color brushes, clips, shears, hot tools, etc.

Handy plates for small little random things.

Platter filled with product. (Yes, I need to stock up, BAD!)

Flower vase for the lovely styling brushes.

Wall Art: Fashion and hair go hand in hand. And I love vintage fashion.

Nail polishes on a pink platter. Of course I hid all the cheap brand ones. Haha ;)

Wax pot, wax sticks and wax strips. For the fun waxing  parties with my sisters.

And some more lovely storage boxes for all the other beauty "stuff" I own.

State Board, this is not a hair salon! Promise. It's a room for me to have fun in.
Okay friends, hope you like it!

Love,
FRENCHEE
